I have a question regarding publicly available data sources that would contain road/street names associated with starting/ending coordinates for areas in the Middle East - in particular the country of Iraq (Baghdad and surrounding areas). I am trying to append street names to the polylines contained within the MapInfo Iraq workspace provided by Bill Thoen. I have received suggestions from various sources to check out NIMA's website (along with others) for this data...Unfortunately, I have not had much luck in locating a digital atlas that would contain the required information.
