We have a requirement to view scanned raster images of developer plans and overlay these ontop of an OS Landline (Vector Data) mapbase. We currently position and align the image in AutoCAD R14. Then export into MapInfo and register and rotate using the settings from AutoCAD. What is the easiest way of registering and positioning a scanned raster image in MapInfo without the use of AutoCAD?
