Darren MI7 has quite a few extra parameters for the Save WIndow As function - resolution, image size, etc so before despairing have a look at those. Also - there is a brand new patch to MI7 which apparently addresses the memory leak associated with this command.

Since this, when the pictures are inserted into the documents they cannot be cropped. When you try it, the actual picture box is resized but the picture (ie the map) itself doesn't change - it's rather strange. I have tried doing exactly the same with 5.5 in case something else was causing it but it works fine. In the meantime we are using jpegs instead but the quality is nowhere near as good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
