Has anyone come across any "data capturing program or tool" that one can embed within MapInfo. I'm talking about a data capturing process where the user is forced to input metadata prior to beginning the digitisation process. I saw something similar in ArcView and was wondering if any work of this nature has been done by anyone belonging to the MapInfo community.
