I am looking for real time traffic information for Singapore. I want to create a map displaying traffic speed/congestion. This would be similar to the Chicago traffic map found at http://www.gcmtravel.com/gcm/maps_chicago.jsp. What I need is a) base map and b) real time traffic information.
Is this data available? If so, is it provided from a government or private source? Dave Ransier
