So I finally get an upgrade on my computer, going from an IBM Thinkpad T21
(PIII 800, 512Mb RAM) to an IBM Thinkpad T40 (P4 1.5, 768Mb RAM)... with an
ATI RADEON family graphics card.

When I loaded the computer with MI Pro v7, I get an interesting effect. When
I try to use the "grabber" tool to grab and pull a map to change the edge
views, the graphics sometimes (50% of the time) grab and hold the image
(even though I've released the mouse button). When I click the mouse button
again to release, it releases the map at the new location, but on the next
click it reverts back to the original location.

I called MapInfo and, of course, they said that it was my graphics driver
and they couldn't help me (even though MI Pro worked great on my older, less
powerful computer).

My question is... has anyone else experienced this... and if so, what was
your workaround? I already tried the "updated driver" thing, and it still
has the same symptoms.

Thanks!
