Hi We're looking to remotely uninstall copies of MI Pro 5.5, 6.5 and 7.0 from PCs on our network using a command line syntax. Ideally we'd like to be able to remove the need for any user involvement in this process , so displaying the install screen with the Remove/UnInstall option isn't an answer to our problem.
For 5.5 the Help file recommends the setup -u syntax but we're having no joy with this whatsoever. This also requires the setup directory to be accessible. We've tried copying this directory locally to a test PC but still no joy. Currently solution is Control Panel > Remove Program but doing this via command line is also causing us a headache. As for 6.5 and 7.0 .. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks Ioan Ioan Jones Fox I.T.
