MI-L Universal translator

I have a load of shape files with different projections to be translated into MapInfo.
 
Have anyone used UT in a "batch" mode ( fex "Ut.exe p1 p2 p3"  - records in a BAT file)
Syntax = ? (Documentation = ?)
