Hi Belinda I think that the easiest way to do that is to make a selection from your base table like this:
Select MyWantedColumnA, MyWantedColumnB,....,MyWantedColumnG, Obj from MyBaseTable And then put this selection table into the map instead of the original..... When you point at the objects with the info tool the only columns showing is the ones your selected...... Quick and dirty solution, I know, but it works.
