HI BELINDA, I don't know how many fields you want to display but I know if you go to the layer control and select the layer your interested in and go to the label button, in the "Label with" pull down you can enter a expression to add several fields together so when you go use your info tool you will see a list of the tables the "i" tool hits it will display your the expression you setup before hand on that layer. Might help if you use a "," or other character to distinguish where a new field ends/begins.

I think it might have being posted but I couldn't locate it... I was wondering would it be possibe to show certain fields rather than the lot when using info tool in mapinfo. That is, if i clicked on a polygon instead of showing all its fields and attributes from the table it will only show me a few important ones. I do not want to delete these unwanted fields from the table. I just want to hide it if possible.
