It is my understanding that a tool exists that allows the user to easily modify image registration values (in other words move a raster up, down or sideways) using point and click or by entering values in a dialog box i.e., 20 meters north, south, east or west. I want to avoid doing a manual addition/subtraction in the modify image registration dialog box. If this tool exists, does anyone know where to find it???
