Sarah, in Table / Maintenance, change your lat long fields to decimal and specify 6 places. Then recalc the XY coords into those fields. That should work.

The resulting figures only have the Latitude to four decimal places but I require it to six and was wondering if there was a way I could amend this or if I re-create the table what should I change in my current process?
