The Custom Value settings were the problem.  Surprisingly though as both
were set the same, so would think it would display with an equal scale.
Which it was doing on the print, but it was stretching on the screen.

Hi,

Not sure, but check Preferences > System Settings > Aspect Ratio
Adjustment.
If yours is using custom values then it may be the cause of your
problem.

Alternatively, check your printer driver isn't set to "fit to page".
