Hi Terry! Try thinking the other way around, let the click open your dialog (picking up the location first), then collect the user input and then finish off by creating your point and populate the attribute table. And don't forget to commit (update) the table with the new point.

I want my users to be able to create bus stop locations. Thus they can click anywhere on the map, to create and position a bus stop, and MI reacts with, say, a dialog by which they identify the stop. Now I know you can issue a "Create Point" or "CreatePoint()", to programmatically plot, say, existing bus stops, but I can't find anywhere in the docn about system event handlers, whereby you could achieve what I outlined above. Can anyone please give me some . pointers as to how to do this.
