Hi, The upper limit is 2 GB for TAB files. With 1 million polygons, that leaves appr. 2000 bytes per polygon, which is sufficient if your polygons doesn't have too many vertices. As many as 100 vertices per polygon may be possible, but try it first with some sample data of yours.
