MI-L Resizing Map objects when Zooming

Hello again.
 
Can anyone tell me how I can make map objects larger or smaller,
according zooming?
 
e.g. as the user zooms in on a street map (e.g. with the zoom tool) the
width of the streets increases, progressively, and vice versa.
