Hi Terry,

I would add the layer several times to the map, and then using a overwrite style to 
change the width on these "extra" copies of the same layer. Now you can use the Zoom 
level to control when which layer is visible.

Like this
ROADS, Width 1, Zoom 10 -100
ROADS, Width 2, Zoom 5 -10
ROADS, Width 3, Zoom 2 -5
ROADS, Width 4, Zoom 0 -2
