JPEG is optimized for photos, not for (almost) monocrome line art. 
Better try PNG to save the image. Anyway it will be a challenging task 
to shrink an A0 layout at 120 dpi to only a few MB... Try it.

I didn't test this, but you may save the window as EMF or WMF, 
as these are vector based formats, and then convert the resulting file 
to pdf with another tool - f.e. CorelDraw.
