Possibly - in MS Access 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003 there is what is called a Data Access Page. Or, in older versions (but may be more difficult for you), you could link a web (HTML) page to tables in Access - the MI hotlink then links to the Data Access page or the HTML document.
The HTML page or form linking to tables or queries in a database is a very standard way of getting data into a web page. If you want to do it locally (ie, same computer) or on a network, it's pretty simple. Later versions of Access (and Windows) have easier 'linkages', and 'wizards' for creating them. Most of what you need to know is in the MS Access online manuals. Does anyone knows how to do it? Thanks -----Original Message----- From: Lewis,Scott [Dartmouth] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, March 29, 2004 8:18 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: MI-L MS Access Forms I would like to use Hotlink to link to a form in MS Access. The problem is I am not sure if it is possible to link directly to a form within a .mdb project. Can you do this? If so how? I am not sure how to specify the file location of a form. It would be nice to click on the map location and go directly to the Form.
