A friend is having a problem I have not experienced.  It is as follows:

"Sharon has been having issues when it comes to saving workspaces in that the computer 
won't 
allow her to overwrite old workspaces with a more recent one of the same name.  
Normally, when one goes to File>save workspace they are 
prompted to provide a workspace name.  If they want to keep the existing name the 
computer will then prompt them as to whether they 
want to replace the old.  You click yes and voila it's done.  In Sharon's case it 
prompts her to replace the old but when she clicks 
yes it tells her that it cannot save the workspace.  As a result she ends up giving 
the workspace a new name each time she saves it 
resulting in versions 1-17 plus.  Any thoughts or suggestions ..."

Has anyone encountered this?
