Yes we have experienced this, Its probably not MI problem, but a network problem. Sharon PROBABLY does not have edit rights on your Local Area Net to overwrite files in the folder they are stored in. 2 things to fix it, best, have your IT guy give her rights, or, have Sharon store the workspaces on her local machine (PROBABLY not satisfying solution). We have had reverse situation, we want our building inspector to view workspaces, but not edit (read screw them up), so he has copies of the zoning and the floodplain workspaces on his local machine.

It is as follows: "Sharon has been having issues when it comes to saving workspaces in that the computer won't allow her to overwrite old workspaces with a more recent one of the same name. Normally, when one goes to File>save workspace they are prompted to provide a workspace name. If they want to keep the existing name the computer will then prompt them as to whether they want to replace the old. You click yes and voila it's done. In Sharon's case it prompts her to replace the old but when she clicks yes it tells her that it cannot save the workspace. As a result she ends up giving the workspace a new name each time she saves it resulting in versions 1-17 plus. Any thoughts or suggestions ..." Has anyone encountered this?
