The Puzzle:
I have 2 boundary layers. A Zip code boundary and a wire center boundary (kind
of like a city boundary).
I am trying to create 1 file for the wire center boundary with a column that
contains the zip code in which it resides.
The Problem:
The wire center may contain more than one Zip code.
What is the best way to accomplish this? I thought I could take the wire
center boundary and split it along the zip code boundary which would create the
separate piece and then assign the zip code. Does someone know of an automated way to
do this process or do you have a suggestion for an alternative process?
