This is a simple objects>split. Use the wire center file as your target. Make the wire editable, select all from wire, Objects>Set Target. Then select all from your zip code file. Choose objects split. Then Table>Update the wire table using the zip column and choose where the wire table CONTAINS object from the split table. Save copy as (wire table) and give it a new name. This should get you there. Note: I would make a copy of the wire table before you start in case something goes wrong. You don't want to corrupt your good table. Don't worry, this is a piece of cake.
