I have SpatialWare 4.8 for SQL Server running on SQL Server 2000, I have a TLA region object and I have around 8 million spot heights. I need to know the fastest method of selecting only the points that are contained within the region. I have tried the ST_Contains and ST_Within UDF, is there a faster way??
I have also tried this in MapInfo, but I got frustrated waiting...
