If you are running arcinfo-arcgis, you can covert the annotation to a coverage and then export to MI. If not, I think you may not be able to do it. Even though you can store the annotation in a geodatabase, arcview and editor do not allow the conversion. If you can roll back to editor version 8.2 you will be able to convert. Perhaps you could look at the ESRI site user community pages for a script. Miles
