Ran across this article this AM and noted with interest the following
quote...

..."GIS programs are relatively straightforward to use. First, you
create a map with different features -- points, lines and regions --
that are coded according to a map coordinate system"...

Interesting remark considering its targetted at the potential user.
Rather under estimated a bit though wouldn't you say
