Hi Bob,

I have a couple of things that might make it look better:

1. Use the Allign function to make sure that the texts are properly aligned
or
2. I this isn't already the case then try to keep all the texts in a single text object
or
3. Separate the numbers and the descriptions into 2 text objects and set the text
justification to Right for numbers and Left for the description.

Subject: MI-L Printing text from Layout window

Hello MapInfo Gurus,

This is pretty basic, but it has me scratching my head. I am printing a
Map from a layout window (in MapInfo 6.0). I have a numbered list of
features (45 schools) which I detail in the layout window. (see below)

   1. Aldergrove
   2. Alex Hope
   3. Alice Brown
   4. etc.

Although the numbers and lines are aligned when I zoom into the layout
window, they are not properly aligned when I print the map.

Is this a MapInfo quirk/bug? Is there a work around?

Thanks,
Bob
