I'm ignorant of Delphi - having only an academic copy of Version 1.0 to play
with!

What is library1.dpr? For the entire Delphi8 project for the .Net and Win32
versions of the DLLs you placed in your downloadable ZIP file, "how big",
"how complex"? If it's so much simpler than using C++ to wrap the various
Win32 APIs of use to MapBasic people, into callable DLLs, then we should
employ you to write dozens of them! Or, buy Delphi version 2 (that works?)
instead of upgrading MapInfo?
