All,

I am having unexplained and inexplicable problems trying to register a
scanned raster image to the British National Grid coordinate system. I have
registered it several times with a variety of different control points at a
number of different locations and each time when I view it the vector
coastline data that I am using to register the image gets distorted and the
UK gets a nasty backward lean!!! I haven't had this problem before (except
when I have made obvious mistakes) and I have successfully registered two
other images (for Devon)...its just Cornwall does not want to conform!

Can anyone shed any light on this...please?

Best regards
