Alistair Hart emailed me that you can use FormatDate$() and CurDate()

The limitation with this is that it will not produce the characters st,nd,rd,th
ie 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th
The other thing is that there will always be a horizontal line separator.
I saw these as specifications =/

Also it sounds like SuperWor keeps the CurDate() function when you
resave the workspace whereas if you were to resave the workspace in
the above instance, the data will be saved as well  =)

Although in saying so, I should always assume that the complexity and
convienience I would like to see need not be necessary for most
people.
