Hi List, Thanks for all your speedy responses. My 'Include Overlapping Labels' was checked on so I know it can't be that. Rich Ashton suggested zooming out to include all labels in the map window, plus ensuring the 'Include hidden labels' option is ticked on. I did this, and it worked - I got all my labels...but, because I had zoomed out to get them all on the screen they have come out bigger than they should be and now all overlap each other. So I tried zooming back to my original screen size and just checking 'Include hidden labels' on but that only brings back 75% labels again. I think Rich is right about having to get all labels on screen before transferring them, but how can I do this without messing up the size of the labels?
