Boundary files in shapefile format can be downloaded from the US Census website 
<http://www.census.gov/geo/www/cob/index.html>. Current version of MI can open 
shapefiles, or if you are using an earlier version, use the universal 
translator. The data is in geographic (lat/lon, NAD83) projection.
