one of our customers is looking for a tool that creates "blown up" maps.
I do not know the correct term to describe what he means.
He likes to create a map with polygons representing federal States. He wants to
increase/decrease the polygons due to the
resident population. Polygons of States with high population should be mapped
bigger/"blown up" than they really are and vice versa.
Does anybody know whats the name of this graphc representation?
Is there a tool out there which can produce these maps?
