MI-L FME problems

   Can anyone tell me if FME is able to translate existing tables that
   have field structure but have no records. I've been had this one into the
   SAFE help desk for about two weeks now, but can't seem to find a specific
   answer. I do now have several work arounds for problems I don't have...
