Hi Bill

You can use the syntax in the "Where Condition:"

SUBURB = Any ("Alpha","Tango","Charlie","Whisky", ....) .

If your list is not too long then this way should work.

Should you have a lengthy list ...
it might be worth typing the names into an Excel spreadsheet and then importing 
it into MI and doing a "join" to choose only those suburbs listed in the Excel 
file from your MapInfo suburbs.
