We are MapInfo dealers in the Scotland and I might be completely wrong but as I understand things with a network install you can do as you wish. I.e. users can connect up to the number of license keys that you have.
Unless a "network install" has a different price tag than a normal mapinfo license, I guess you are wrong. Most products are much more expensive with concurrent licensing than a single, named user license. FME is for instance app. 3 times as expensive.
