I want to make a script (typical MapBasic macro - a workspace)
in MiPro V8.0 for producing map (layouts) for hardcopy.
The script selects certain objects, then creats a specific
layout (2 portrait a4-pages) showing the selection map, browsers etc. and should
then perform a File->Print-statement from the layout window to a specified file
(ie. Pdf, Office Document Image, ... ) (file name from some selection properties)
I have everything ready, except for the (Windows) Print
statement.
I know this will differ concerning the installed local
printer-drivers, but can anyone hint me if this is possible; and if so, how should
such a Print statement should look like in MapBasic ?
Thankful for any feedback / hints / sample statements.
