SUM:[MI-L] Startup Error

Well, I solved the problem with help from Uffe, Peter, David and Martin.
 
Setting MapInfo not to save MapInfo.wor at the end of each session the first time you start MapInfo after the installation AND not unchecking "Load MapInfo.wor at startup" seems to produce this error. MapInfo can't find the file MapInfo.wor at the default location and starts a search in the path......

I have an error from MapInfo I can't understand:
 
After installing MapInfo 8.0 (danish) and the patch from MapInfo website I get the following error upon starting MapInfo:
 
MapInfo dialog:
"Can not access file 'Professional' for reading. Check that the file is not open in another program"
 
(Translatted from danish)
 
I tried to uninstall MapInfo, restart the PC and install MapInfo plus patch again, only to get nearly the same message from MapInfo:
 
"Can not access file 'Desktop' for reading. Check that the file is not open in another program"
 
We have 40 other PC running with MapInfo and I have newer seen this error before.
