Hi Tony depending on how large the size you want to print to, this could be a way around (time consuming idf large ...):
- use the function "save window as" on your map window - create a georeferenced raster, i.e. to TIFF with 300dpi (option "create a geographically referenced ...") - open the raster TAB just created - do the layout - print to PDF ... as it is all raster it should be fine ........
