There are no XML document/node creation functions in the XML library.

Does anyone know if there are XML doc creation functions in the MapBasic
XML llibrary? I seem to see only a lot of "Get" functions and not too many
"Set" ones.
I have an app that will need to be able to create XML strings as well as
parse them, and though it's considerably easier to build XML strings than
parse them, if the library supports those sorts of operations, I'd rather
use its functions than write my own.
