We also have this transparency problem. We also have a problem with shaded regions; PDF turns the small dots into larger squares. What we do is, SAVE WINDOW AS to a jpeg of at least 300 dpi. Then, we open the jpeg in Adobe Acrobat, save as a pdf file, and use the REDUCE FILE SIZE command in Acrobat. There is a very minor degradation of the image, usually noticeable around the adges of black text with a white halo, but definitely acceptable, and not usually noticable to our clients.

I'm having horrendous problems trying to stop adobe from ignoring the transparency set in MI. Ben __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
