How so?
BTW. I work @ USEPA. Several years ago I discovered that EPA's use of
ESRI as their sole source GIS vendor was going out for bids. I called MI
and told them this and gave them some general details as to who they
should call. MI started asking me to find specific people, the phone
numbers, # users, etc., etc. etc. etc. etc.etc. MI left me with the
impression that either they wanted me to do their job for them or they
were not interested in EPA (and the cascading results (state and local
govt and consultants) of EPA switching to MI). ESRI is STILL the EPA
standard today. Too bad.
