Hello List - Happy 1999 to all! Often, I use USGS DOQs in MapInfo. The DOQs (compressed Jpeg) are huge and take a while to draw, pan, zoom, etc. I register the images with an automated utility that reads coordinates from the DOQ header file. I would like to break the DOQs into smaller files - I'll have to cut the DOQs into smaller pieces, and then re-register the pieces. Can anybody suggest some good software for this?
