The coordinate system picker that is used by the Universal Translator is
MapBasic. So, if you run IMUTGUI.EXE directly, without using MI Pro, you
may experience problems with the coordinate system dialogs.

Thanks for the tip, I can run the IMUTGUI.EXE direct from explorer without
any problems.
So it must be the MBX.
