The UT is a subset of a product called FME from Safe Software (http://www.safe.com). 

I think it would be safe to say you will not be able to get the source code. Also, 
since the UT 
functionality is implemented in IMUTGUI.EXE (in UT sub-directory), I think the MBX is 
only a simple 
front end. If you have a problem with an actual translation, it's likely to be in the 
EXE.
