I have an application made by VB integrated with MapInfo/MapBasic. It
worked fine before. But there was an error message:" the active
components cannot create object". It seems that VB is failed to create
MapInfo object. the statement "Set mapinfo =
CreateObject("MapInfo.Application")" failed. I used OLE automation
technique to integrate VB and MapInfo. So what the possible problem
might be? Some files I missed?
My project is a ActiveX EXE. And I am using SQL Server to store the
data.
Any suggestions are very appreciated.
