Andrew,

You will need to have one native MI table with the polygons and an ID. Have
the same ID in your Access table and perform a join on the 2 tables. Then
Save Query (NOT Save Copy as).

When you open your Query table (this is a view of the result of your
previous query) MI will open the 2 tables and perform the join.

Otherwise, to store polygons or lines in an ODBC database you will need
SpatialWare

This is probably quite a straight forward task, but I can only find
references to the creation of points on mapped ODBC tables.  Is it possible
to have a live linked MS Access table, and create regions for that table?
