i've been importing address point files in excel (office pro) format into MI, four tables consisting of about 140,000 records all told. In MI i found out that 60,000 records had apparently turned into all-zero rows losing all their data. I deleted everything and i re-did the operation - same resutls. Last time, i imported using delimited text files and everything moved across fine. Just goes to show Microsoft don't check everything and keep things basic if you don't want them to go wrong.
