You could also try Mapinfo UK - they have the product "Mapinfo OSLink" -
"The NTF to Mapinfo Translator" !

A company called 'ByDesign' in Wales - run by Bob Young has done a rather
nice NTF translator for MI. It is not cheap so it might be worth you
considering a bureau service - perhaps Data Consultancy or similar could
help.
I'm sorry I do not have ByDesign web or email details to hand, but you
should be able to find them, if not get back to me.
