You probably don't care about the following comment if you are working with 
large areas, but I've already complained to MapInfo and GDT that they do 
some line thinning on their zip code boundaries. When it is obvious that 
the line was meant to follow a county edge or major road, it bothers me 
that they have removed nodes. Whenever I do analysis against my own 
territory data, it gives all these slivers of false intersections.
